Our "Building Beautiful” design seminar considered what constitutes good design and how improvements to the design and surroundings of new developments can be achieved even as housing numbers and density pressures rise.
The seminar built on CPRE Sussex’s national award-winning Making Places design initiative and used practical examples of how communities can work together to plan well designed new development, ensuring net local gains to the natural environment and creating places with character and distinctiveness that support good health and wellbeing.
