The tour guides were so well informed and left us with much to think about. Although getting your head around all those characters associated with the Bloomsbury set is quite a challenge! It was impressive to see the results of such expert conservation and restoration that has been achieved in the Farmhouse.

Our summer visit to Charleston Farmhouse was like those enticing 3 for 1 offers you get in supermarkets - a tour of the house followed by a visit to the art exhibition and a stroll round the very pretty gardens.
